Community Sharing Series

Join Noor Cultural Centre and Holy Blossom Temple for their Community Sharing Series, now an official Pathways to PoWR 2018 pre-Parliament event. 

Noor Cultural Centre and Holy Blossom Temple are delighted to jointly offer this three-part series for the community to come together in the sharing of food, knowledge about Jewish and Muslim experiences,  and finally,  laughs.   All are welcome, regardless of faith affiliation, but registration is required:

Part I - Dinner & Discussion (Wednesday, March 21st)
Location: Noor Cultural Centre
Time: 7 – 9 pm
Program: Vegetarian dinner, followed by presentation and discussion: Islamophobia in Canada – Azeezah Kanji & Khadijah Kanji

Location: Holy Blossom Temple (1950 Bathurst Street, Toronto)
Time: 7 – 9 pm
Program: Vegetarian dinner, followed by presentation and discussion: Is Canada Different? Jews, Canada and Hate – Rabbi Jordan Helfman

Part III - Jewish-Muslim Comedy Night (Saturday, April 14)
