Join Us at UN CSW60 Event: Interfaith Service of Gratitude and Remembrance

During the 60th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW 60), the Parliament of the World's Religions, the Temple of Understanding and the United Religions Initiative are co-sponsoring An Interfaith Service of Gratitude and Remembrance on Friday, March 18 from 6:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Tillman Chapel of the Church Center for the United Nations. The location of the venue is 44th Street and First Avenue, New York, New York. Attendance to this parallel event is free and all are welcome.

The invitation reads,

Join us in remembering those who have gone before us and who continue to inspire our lives, as we pray and share their stories to carry their courage and commitment forward. There will be a time to remember Sr. Joan Kirby and others who have passed during this year. You may bring a photo or memento of someone special to you to place on the altar.
