Experts Present on Communicating with and Engaging Faith Communities on Climate Change in CATF Webinar

PWR's Climate Action Task Force gathered network leaders from across the faith-based climate action community on January 23 for a virtual webinar and workshop delving into climate communications and engagement.

Presenters included recent 2018 Parliament of the World's Religions presenters Dr. Edward Maibach, a professor at George Mason University and director of Mason's Center for Climate Change Communication, and Dr. Iyad Abu Moghli, Principal Advisor of the Faith for Earth Initiative of UN Environment.

Attendees from the PWR's network of faith-based climate action professionals were welcomed for a Q&A following each portion of the program, which was moderated by PWR Climate Action Director Joshua Basofin
