This panel features three world-renowned scholars who will discuss the rising and varied manifestations of antisemitism in America today against the backdrop of their areas of expertise in Jewish-Christian relations, American history, and political science. In putting their analyses into conversation with one another, this panel will offer not only expert insight, but also a way forward in defining what antisemitism is, how it is expressed in political and religious forms, and how it can be most effectively addressed.
Moderated by Dr. Malka Z. Simkovich (Director of Catholic-Jewish Studies at Catholic Theological Union) the panel features the particiaption of Dr. Pamela Nadell (American University), Dr. Miriam Elman (Syracuse University), and Rev. Dr. John T. Pawlikowski (Professor Emeritus-Catholic Theological Union).
