This Wednesday, join the Parliament of the World’s Religions and the AAR/SBL Women’s Caucus for the 1000 Women in Religion Women's History Month edit-a-thon. The webinar will feature a special introduction from Parliament Women's Task Force Co-Chair, Elizabeth Ursic, and Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight, an American Wikipedia editor who is noted for her attempts to address gender disparity in the encyclopedia by running a project to increase the quantity and quality of women's biographies. The introductions will be followed by a guided training by Colleen Hartung, Chair of the 1,000 Women in Religion project. Together, we can address gender bias on this platform. What a great way to celebrate Women’s History Month! |
