Parliament Partnered with COP26 on Special “Keeping the Pressure” Webinar

On Monday, February 22nd the Parliament of the Word’s Religions partnered with COP26, United Nations Climate Change Conference to host a vital program on the role of faith communities in the upcoming COP26 entitled, “Keeping Up the Pressure: The Role of Faith Communities in COP26”.

The program featured the participation of:

  • Karri Munn-Venn, a senior policy analyst at Citizens for Public Justice
  • Matt Toombs, Director of Partnerships and Engagement in the COP26 Unit
  • Nigel Toppings, High Level Champion for Climate Action COP26 at COP26
  • David Hales, Chair of Climate Action Task Force at Parliament
  • Kehkashan Basu, Founder/President of Green Hope Foundation and Trustee of the Parliament
  • Joshua Basofin, Director of Climate Action
  • Emma Judkins, Civil Society Engagement at COP26 United Nations Climate Change Conference
