Living Tapestry: Embracing a Changing World
The Board of Trustees of the Parliament of the World’s Religions and the Greater Kansas City Interfaith Council join for an evening of stories, dialogue, and connection on Saturday, November 1 from 7:00-8:30 pm CDT.
Our world is a living tapestry of traditions and beliefs, woven together through encounters that transform us.
In this session, we will hear brief, powerful stories of interfaith experiences—moments of inspiration, connection, conflict, cooperation, and admiration across differences. Some stories may surprise or unsettle you, others will inspire and uplift you, but all will expand how we think about life across traditions.
Together we’ll reflect, respond, and imagine how these encounters shape our shared future.
While the event is free, we ask for registrations for those planning to attend in-person at Unity Village in Missouri so we can plan for room setup. The event will be live streamed to Facebook.
