Water in Times of Climate Change Symposium

“Water in Times of Climate Change”

On November 6-7, the Symposium on Water in Times of Climate Change was held at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This symposium was sponsored by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and Cardinal Peter Turkson participated. Faith for Earth Initiative shared perspectives of intergovernmental organizations linking water issues to the role of religions and faith-based organizations. Read a report of the symposium by Iyad Abu Moghli here. The archive of Faith for Earth newsletters is located here, and you can sign up for the newsletter by emailing [email protected]
