Chicago Interfaith Trolley Tour Offers Unique Insight Into Chicago Faith Communities

On Sunday, April 24th the Parliament of the World’s Religions joined the Chicago Theological Seminary, A Center of Christian-Muslim Engagement for Peace and Justice at Lutheran School of Theology, American Islamic College and the Hyde Park Kenwood Interfaith Council in hosting and sponsoring a Chicago Interfaith Trolley Tour and Iftara tour of sacred spaces inspired by this month’s convergence of Ramadan, Passover, Easter, Vaisakhi, Ridvan and Ram Navami.

Parliament Executive Director, Rev. Stephen Avino, joined faith representatives for this special tour of sacred spaces and offered a special primer of the upcoming 2023 Parliament Convening. Enjoy images and special media coverage from the event below:
