Working for Greenpeace Africa and Facing the Realities of Climate Change

Njeri Kabeberi is the former Executive Director at Greenpeace Africa and currently holds the position of Director at Chapter Four Programs and Projects Limited. Prior to her work at Greenpeace, Kabeberi served as a human rights activist at many organizations; including Amnesty International, the Centre for Multi-Party Democracy, and the Citizens Coalition for Constitutional Change.

In this episode, Kabeberi reflects on the connections and similarities between her work in human rights advocacy and pursuing climate justice, observes where greed and environmental disregard intersect, and discusses the importance of holding a shared responsibility to care for the Earth. Take a listen.
