Gopal Patel

Gopal Patel directs the Bhumi Project, an international Hindu environmental network based at the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies. The Project works with Hindu leaders and communities across the world to raise awareness about the importance of caring for the environment. Prior to this role Gopal spent time living in ashrams in India and England studying Hindu texts. Gopal works with a range of Hindu leaders and communities globally, helping them to lead environmentally friendly lives that are based on Hindu teachings and traditions.
