Rt. Rev. Bishop Macleod Baker Ochola II is a pacifist, a spiritual leader, and an advocate for peace and stability in the world. He is also a member of Acholi Religious Leaders Peace Initiative (ARLPI), a URI CC, which has become very instrumental in advocacy for peacebuilding and conflict transformation in Uganda and the world at large.
