About Deirdre Pulgram-Arthen:
Deirdre Pulgram-Arthen is a ritualist, musician, priestess, writer and teacher. A respected pagan leader and organizer, she has served for over 30 years as the executive director of the EarthSpirit Community, an international organization dedicated to the cultivation of Earth-centered spirituality, culture and community, with a special focus on the indigenous European pagan traditions. Deirdre has an M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and undergraduate degrees in both theater and history. She has offered presentations for many civic and religious organizations, including the National Organization for Women and the Unitarian-Universalist Women's Conference, and has been featured in numerous publications, including Woman of Power magazine, the Time-Life Books series "Mysteries of the Universe", and the book “Stepping Into Ourselves: An Anthology of Writings on Priestesses.” Deirdre has been a presenter or performer at every Parliament of the World’s Religions since 1993.
