Greetings Arzoo! Would love to meet up. Our group from Philadelphia area plans to have distinctive tags & meet an hour before the Opening Plenary near that location so hoping you plan to be there & can find us in the crowds.

In looking for interesting things to check out around Toronto I happened to see that the BATA Shoe Museum hosts an annual sock collection during November - pairs of socks then get donated to a local shelter. Wouldn't it be great if everyone coming to the PoWRs would bring a pair? It's such a small item to throw in to your bags....if you bring the pair to BATA on a Sat or Sun admission is FREE!
I wonder if there's a way for volunteers to set up a box in the exhibit hall & drop off for those who can't make it to BATA.

Toronto will be my 2nd POWRs & I'm super excited to meet many from around the world.
Since it doesn't appear any trips to local attractions are being arranged thru the Parliament wondering if anyone else is getting in early & interested to join in a tour of Casa Loma Thursday November 1st. Contact me if you want to share a cab. I'm staying at a B&B in Cabbagetown. Thinking to get out there by 11am & stay til 230pm that should get us back in time for the Parliament Opening.

Is your registration still available?

I'm registered at a B&B just blocks away. Has ensuite & of course breakfast included. Looking for 1 female to share - separate queen beds.
Cost is about $65/night. Prefer someone to share entire week but will consider shorter stay.
Contact me by direct email for more details.
