Rabbi Peter Knobel

Rabbi Peter Knobel is the Rabbi at Beth Emet The Free Synagogue in Evanston, Illinois where he has served since 1980, following eleven years at Temple Emanu-El in Waterford, Connecticut. He was ordained at HUC Cincinnati in 1969, and received his MAHL from Hebrew Union College and his Masters and Ph.D. from Yale University. He is currently President of the Central Conference of American Rabbis.
