Pre-Parliament Series to Celebrate World Interfaith Harmony Week

An Official Pre-Parliament Event | From January 31st through February 5th, Spirit of Peace is celebrating UN World Interfaith Harmony Week with a series of events open to the public celebrating diversity and interfaith understanding.

On Tuesday, January 31st Celebrating Diversity will feature multicultural music, artwork, and storytelling in Abingdon, UK, starting at 7 p.m. at the Unicorn Theatre. The series continues on Wednesday, February 1st with Returning Light celebrating Imbolc and Candlemas with multicultural performances in Stroud, UK, starting at 7 p.m. at the Christian Community. And on  Sunday, February 5th Celebrating Diversity will feature multicultural music, artwork, and storytelling in Kensington, Central London, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the Kensington Unitarian Church.

The series features Hanna Yaffe, a Jewish singer and storyteller who is visiting from Jerusalem, and Catriona Alderton, who will lead art activities. Admittance is on a first-come-first-served basis. Want to reserve a seat? Please email info@spiritofpeace.co.uk
