In Memoriam: Parliament Trustee Emeritus Rev. Gwynne Guibord

The Parliament of the World’s Religions is deeply saddened to share news of the passing of Board Emeritus, Reverend Canon Dr. Gwynne Guibord.
Rev. Gwynne Marlyn Guibord, founder and president emerita of The Guibord Center – Religion Inside Out, died the morning of August 15, 2019 at the age of 75. Rev. Guibord served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Parliament of the World’s Religions in the 2000s.
Services will be hosted on Saturday, August 24th at 10am PT at St. John’s Cathedral located at 514 W. Adams, in Los Angeles, California.
On behalf of the Parliament of the World’s Religions and our interfaith family, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and community. May she rest in peace.
