Join the Parliament for the Faith + Food Dialogues Series

Join the Parliament for the upcoming Faith + Food Dialogues which are contributing to the UN Food Systems Summit. The Dialogues are hosted in partnership with Center for Earth Ethics, Bhumi Global, Islamic Medical Association of North America - IMANA, Interfaith Public Health Network, The World Evangelical Alliance, Tzu Chi USA, and the Parliament of the World's Religions.

The series will highlight Food Security, Access, and Justice; Healing the Earth, Healing our Bodies; Regenerating the Earth; Farm and Food Worker Rights; and Empowering Local Communities.

Join Interfaith Partners for the 2nd Annual National Day of Prayer

On Thursday, May 6th the Parliament of the World's Religions will be joining Religions for Peace USA, United Religions Initiative (URI), GreenFaith, Faith in Public Life, Temple of Understanding, North American Interfaith Network (NAIN), International Academy for Multicultural Cooperation, and the Conference of National Black Churches (CNBC) for the 2nd Annual National Day of Prayer.

Responding to "Hans Küng and the Global Ethic"

"Hans Küng is best known for his analyses of the Catholic Church, both theologically and institutionally. But we need to appreciate as well his significant contributions to the new interreligious encounter generated by Vatican II...

The global ethic will undoubtedly continue to be refined in light of criticisms that it is too Western and that it lacks elements of feminist, liberationist, and postcolonial perspectives. But the need for such an ethic remains a lasting legacy of Hans Küng's contribution to contemporary religious understanding."

Healing Moral Injury

Dr. Jones is the author of several books, including Trauma and Grace and her recent title, Call It Grace.
