Climate Conversations: Dialogue in a Virtual Global Space

November 21, 2019

Sometimes the most valuable conversations come about informally – a coffee break at a conference, a chance meeting on the street, an introduction at a community gathering, or a friendly greeting in a new setting. Global Conversations are an opportunity for informal dialogue in a virtual global space.
Meet the co-sponsors of the Global Conversations:
The Center for Earth Ethics – Envisioning a world where value is measured according to the sustained well-being of all people and our planet.
Earth Day Network – Working to diversify, educate and activate the environmental movement worldwide.
Faith & the Common Good – Harnessing the power of diverse faith and spiritual groups through education, capacity building, and collective action to build more resilient and sustainable communities.
Interfaith Power & Light – Being faithful stewards of Creation by responding to global warming through the promotion of energy conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.
Sustainable Energy, Education and Knowledge-Sharing Project – Catalyzing the values-driven leadership of cohesive social networks, such as congregations and non-profits, to accelerate societal energy transitions through education, technical assistance, and social innovation.
Soka Gakkai International – Empowering individuals toward positive global change.
Join them and a diverse group of ‘conversationalists’ in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Together we will discuss engagement on the climate crisis in our communities, inspiration from our spiritual backgrounds, and the lessons we seek to share in a spirit of compassion and solidarity.
When we connect and collaborate, our impact can only grow.
