Maya Fire Ceremonies are performed to heal individuals and communities through recognition of the spiritual energies that surround us. The ceremonies are participatory in that observants circumambulate that fire and offer a candle or flower. The 20 nahuales of Maya Cosmology are acknowledged and explained in Spanish and English. Prayers and incantations are recited in the Q’eqchi language.
