Awaken Humanity!: The Call of the Earth for Our Times

Earth is ready for humanity to wake up and know our interconnectedness with each other and the planet that birthed us, reclaiming our common humanity which is our birthright. With a Christian perspective we believe that we are made in “God’s image,” with a Buddhist perspective we recognize we have Buddha nature that allows us to love ourselves freely with no self-doubt. This session explores learning how to honor one’s own beauty, wisdom, and gifts while honoring the same of other humans. Together we note how lack of self-love and care for others leads to horrific injustices and degradation of the Earth. Engaging InterPlay© practices, we call forth our embodied wisdom with storytelling through deep listening, play, movement, song, and ancestral healing to better understand what keeps us from deeply loving ourselves, each other, and our dear planet Earth. Coming together we understand that no one has the complete answer. It is our collective wisdom that is needed at this time.
