Building Interfaith Leadership Initiative (BILI): A National Undergraduate Fellowship

A discussion on interreligious and intercultural college student leadership development drawing on insights from the Building Interfaith Leadership Initiative (BILI) supported by Hebrew College and Interfaith America. Through the support of several major family foundations, BILI is developing resources for a replicable, scalable program of dialogue, study, and leadership development, incorporating student engagement with peers and mentors from other schools along with regional religious, cultural, and civic community leaders. The primary goals of the discussion are to share insights from the Building Interfaith Leadership Initiative in cultivating interreligious and intercultural student leadership development, including BILI online, a digital interreligious curriculum and resource bank for leadership development; invite new institutional partners into collaboration and resource development; and receive feedback about the programmatic model.
