Fighting for Justice while also Decreasing Polarization

Session Description:

As various social frameworks have become polarized it seems crucial to ask, what makes for viable middle spaces? What might religious traditions do to resist the forces that are pulling institutions (denominations, parties, etc) apart? What can Jewish tradition offer to hold the tension of middle spaces? How do we even heal similar fractures in our own religious denominations/communities? And lastly, how is the pursuit of justice by our religious communities affected by this sort of social polarization, internally and externally? Let’s learn together how we can advocate for justice while still working to decrease polarization!
