Geomancy is considered one of the oldest divinatory practices and is practiced by Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and Western Pagans. Originating in the Fertile Crescent and spreading through the world during the Renaissance period, Cornelius Agrippa originally encountered, wrote, and taught about Geomancy bringing the system to the Western World. Eventually, the practice would find its way into the esoteric teachings of traditional covens in the United States where Dia Crabtree would find it.
