Session Description:
Guru Arjan Dev ji the 5th Guru for the Sikhs, was a kind, selfless, and peaceful human being. He was an epitome of Godly devotion, selfless service, and universal love. He internalized the needs and pain and suffering of the needy and found ways to help them. He compiled the Sikh scripture the Guru Granth Sahib that emphasizes devotional love, being one with God, and equality of all. Guru Arjan was the first martyr in the Sikh religion and he gave his life to protect and preserve human rights, freedom, and justice.
