An overview is presented of many initiatives in the city of Utrecht and presents the harvest of the activities and how they contribute to an inclusive society. We also show how these programs embedded in a shared heritage and history can contribute to social connection and to an inclusive society. Participants work on an assignment in groups of around 7 people training in social skills and experiencing a conversation style that is very decisive for the result to be achieved.
