Interreligious Ecological Collaboration: Partnerships as Spiritual Practice
Session Description:
Which partnerships matter most in genuine Earth restoration? Which projects and grassroots efforts become successful in ways that both benefit Earth while also inviting practitioners to “walk their talk,” or make their spirituality come to life through service? This session features voices from several faith-based organizations who are collaborating together across religious traditions, spiritual practices, scientific applications, and civic engagement with the understanding that all are necessary ingredients for Earth restoration and human integration. Presenters share stories and examples of projects and grassroots efforts that, thanks to collaboration, are being replicated in multiple bioregions or among diverse faith groups.
