This experiential session explores the labyrinth as a tool for personal meditation and circle creation. Utilizing music, guided meditation, and the psycho-spiritual exercises honed in 35 years of presentations at the Women’s Dream Quest at Grace Cathedral and other venues, Judith guides participants in a ceremony of belonging. She guides participants to a centered experience of our place on the planet, attuning to the people around us, the place we stand and the planet we inhabit. After the attunement, utilizing song and flute, she leads participants in a walk to the center of our souls. After the meditative labyrinth walk, she facilitates a discussion of the experience.
