The Grief Wheel: Embodying Resilience
Session Description:
These are times of transmutation. We are between the time of what has been and what has not yet fully emerged. Tibetan Buddhist practices rooted in shamanic lineages are offered as rites of passage. We call this The Grief Wheel. Humanity needs to cross the threshold to alchemize ending thousands of years of masculinization. We enter the cervical ring of the Divine Mother, called by women of color. We are met at the four directions by grandmothers who hold an altar for each. These are confusion, scaredness, despair and fury. The fifth direction is the pool of blood of original mothers. We sanctify the vision of wholeness, with our blood. Here we recognize our resilience and celebrate our resurrection. This is a strong safe container offering nourishment in each direction. Grief abides on the surface, scarcity is the sub-current and abundance is our birthright. Come to the circle, break open the heart, remember the whole. All is love. This is the medicine of our offering.
