VIGIL for LIFE on Glorious Earth

Original folk ballads, rousing anthems, and reverential hymns, this concert is a heart-felt honoring of the sacred preciousness of Life on Earth, in grateful celebration of the miraculous awesome interconnectedness of all forms of life, and compassion for all who live here. All humans share the Earth, our only home, with all the living beings upon it—including many human communities and cultures. All are in peril. As citizens of the Earth, we have the responsibility to respond to the condition of our world with love, compassion, understanding, and the deep knowledge that another way is possible and that we can contribute to it. Through the universal language of music, this concert program can inspire those of all faiths in a common reverence and celebration of the living world of which we are a part. Through our shared relationship within LIFE on Earth, we can come together in dedicated service on behalf of all of Life.
