CANCELLED: Wellbeing Economy Model – What Is It?
Session Description:
This session explores The Wellbeing Economy Model and how it addresses social-economic justice and why Inner-Economy is the invisible foundation for raising consciousnesses and strengthening spirit and connection to community. Presenters explain what Inner-Economy is, what opportunities faith leaders, community activists, nonprofits and others have in the well-being economy movement, and what role can each have in fostering a well-being economy. They explain how they designed and implemented more than 25 social service agencies, schools, universities, government offices, residential neighborhoods, businesses and healthcare providers, faith organizations, and nonprofits together in an app-based community engagement program. Using demographic data analysis, they summarize who participated, how they have been impacted, and to what degree. Recommendations on how to learn more about the Wellbeing Economy Movement and how to get involved are also shared.
