How Cao Dai Faith Engages Youths to Spiritual and Service Lives
Session Description:
This session describes some of the practical approaches to bringing Caodai Youths to spiritual and service lives. These approaches include: engaging youths to team activities at Churches such as being members of music or choir teams, Caodai Youth organization, participating in charitable works, holding a junior clergy position while still going to college. When youths become young adults, they still can continue to hold a junior Dignitary position in churches while having a career and a family. Learning and serving humanity are two basic principles that are taught to youths and young adults. In addition, a high recognition and honor reward is reserved for them if, in the future, they would like to become a member of the Cao Dai Sacerdotal Council, which represents God to manage the Cao Dai faith. These flexible and part-time commitments allow youths or young adults to be successful in their careers, families, and spiritual lives at the same time.
