Youth Perspective on Intrafaith Dialogue and Peace-Building in the World | Part 1

Interfaith organizations, despite years of hard work, have not been successful in mobilizing all peoples, of all faiths, to want and work for world peace. Peace still eludes us. Religion-based fights and strife abound in the world. Out of fear and hatred for other religions, people still destroy innocent lives, stripping away basic freedom and human rights from those they fear and hate! How do we boost the work of interfaith organizations, so they become more effective in gathering the support of the masses as they make the call for peace and brotherhood of mankind? It is time for a paradigm shift. It is high time we promote and engage the masses in “Intra-faith” dialogue, bringing peace within our own community, while we also cultivate learning, understanding, and building respect for all other faiths. In this program, we are engaging our young presenters in expressing their thoughts on introducing Intra-faith dialogue within their own faiths.
