The World Interfaith Harmony Week initiative has announced the 2019 winners of H.M. King Abdullah II World Interfaith Harmony Week Prize! The judges HRH Princess Areej Ghazi, HB Patriarch Theophilus III, HE Sheikh Dr. Ali Gomaa, HE Bishop Munib Yunan, Sheikh Usama al-Sayyid Al-Azhari, Father Nabil Haddad, and Dr. Minwer Al-Mheid reviewed 170 applications for the prize from over 1,454 events held around the world.
Winners were selected for the excellence of efforts, collaboration and impact of events; as well as their celebration of World Interfaith Harmony Week rather than good interfaith work in general.
